Creativity is turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. It is the process of seeing the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. If you have ideas, but you don’t act on them, you are imaginative but not creative. It is important to define creativity because it can mean in a lot of different ways to different people. â€Å"Creativity is knowing how to hide your sources† ― Albert Einstein INNOVATION Innovation is the application of creativity to give birth to a new concept, product, service or process delivering something new and better to the world. When we innovate, we work with the creative ideas we have developed and we practice. Innovation is NOT just about making new gadgets. We can be innovative in many ways. As long as she remains in the forest with him, the importance of maintaining her femininity starts to become something of an afterthought. On the other hand, Hermia remains overly concerned with being proper and chaste. When she and Lysander are trying to find a place to sleep for the night, he asks her to lie down next to her. Hermia instantly insists that they sleep apart: â€Å"But, gentle friend, for love and courtesy / Lie further off in human modesty† (2.2.62-63). Sometimes the horse remains conscious, as they have a thick skull. In Mexico, knifes make the horse paralyzed, and they remain alive when they are strung through one leg for processing. However, none of these three options are humane. Rather there is evidence that illegal migrants and criminals work in slaughterhouses. Therefore, only old, sick or injured horses should go to slaughtering (YouTube 2016). Taylor and Sieverkropp (2013) discussed the impact of United States horse slaughter plant closing on the Western Regional Horse market. In this study, the price collision from the U.S. horse slaughter plant closure in 2007 upon the live horses at Montana auction. The study estimated by the hedonic model with the use of a quantile waning exposed that price decrease of 12 to 16% of the horses, which are priced below or at $1500 to the end of U.S. horse slaughter. While looking the facts of horse slaughtering deeply, the truth is that meat is not only unnecessary and inhumane, but it is also harmful for the human consumption. The horse slaughter in U.S. or other plants cannot be in the humane process due to the industrial nature unique biology of horses.
